BEARS!!

My dad surprised me with tickets to the Bears-Packers game about a week ago.

Tonight, I actually got to go see the game - it was amazing!!!  Despite the fact that the Bears aren't exactly playing like the undefeated team they are, it really was great.

For one thing, Devin Hester decided not to have dance practice on the field and zig-zag all over like he has been.  He actually ran the punt all the way back to the endzone in a relatively straight line - it was about as straight as he could make it with guys trying to push other guys into his way and knock him down, as it were.  And he only had one butterfingers moment where he dropped a ball he should have had.

That, for one, was awesome.  That and Johnny Knox's talent could really make the Bears great if they actually use them right.  We've got a bunch of great players who can catch a football, and a great quarterback when you actually keep the defense from getting to him.

It's not Cutler's fault that the offensive line that is supposed to keep the defense off of him fails to do what they're paid millions to do.  It's not his fault that the offensive coordinator tells him to throw to spots rather than people.

Either way, that was an awesome game, and my throat's a bit sore from screaming...
